We’ve always kept things pretty relaxed around here. If you know us, you know we’re not the kind of place that throws a bunch of rules at people. We run a small family operation, and we like to keep it friendly. But with only two simulators and winter being our busiest indoor season, we’ve had to set up a few basic guidelines. Nothing harsh, just things to help us stay organized and make sure everyone gets a fair shot at booking time.
When you reserve a simulator, you’re locking in that bay for a set amount of time. Whether it’s 30 minutes, an hour, or three, that time is yours. It’s not based on how many people are playing — it’s based on the bay being unavailable to anyone else while you’re using it.
If you book a 3-hour block for four people, but only two show up and they’re done in 90 minutes, we’ve already lost that extra time. Unless someone else happens to walk in and take over right after you leave, we’ll still need to charge you for the full reservation.
If you’re running late, or if your group wants to wrap up early, just give us a heads-up. We’re usually flexible. If it’s a slow day, we might be able to adjust. If it’s packed, we may not be able to shift anything around. Just communicate with us and we’ll do our best.
Cancellations and no-shows
Life happens, but if you need to cancel, please give us at least four hours’ notice. That gives us a shot at filling your time with another group. If you ghost the booking or cancel at the last minute, we may need to charge you the full amount. We’re not trying to be harsh — we just lose money when time goes unused.
You can pay when you arrive, or ahead of time if that’s easier. For bigger groups or longer sessions, we may ask for a card on file or a small deposit, especially on busy weekends.
We’re not here to play policy police. If you’re a regular and we know you show up and support us, we’ll be fair. If the weather turns bad or something unexpected happens, just reach out. These policies are here to keep things running smoothly, not to punish anyone.
